Return & Exchange Policy

At Unique Post & Plants, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. As our Fiberglass Pots and Artificial Trees are carefully selected and manufactured to meet high-quality standards, we have established the following policy to protect the rights of both our customers and our business.

Fiberglass Pots

1. Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:

  • A clear manufacturing defect, such as a breakage or deformation not caused by misuse.
  • The product does not match the agreed specifications, including size, color, or shape.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used for planting.
  • The original purchase invoice must be provided.
  • If the exchange is requested due to a personal preference, such as changing the color, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, in addition to any applicable price difference.

2. Return Policy

Return requests are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery, only in the following cases:

  • The product does not exactly match the order.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.

Returns Are Not Accepted In The Following Cases

  • The product has been used, planted, or filled with soil or plants.
  • The product has scratches or damage resulting from installation, handling, or transportation by the customer.
  • Products manufactured or customized specifically according to the customer's request, including special sizes or custom colors, cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the applicable period.
  2. Send clear photos of the product showing the reason for the return or exchange request.
  3. Once the request is approved, the product must be shipped back at the customer's expense, except in cases involving a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order.
  4. The replacement will be processed once the product is received and inspected, or the refund will be issued within 7 business days.

4. Important Notes Regarding Fiberglass Products

  • Fiberglass products are designed to withstand normal outdoor weather conditions; however, they are not resistant to severe impact or violent breakage. We strongly recommend inspecting the product immediately upon delivery.
  • Product colors displayed on the website may vary slightly from the actual product depending on your screen settings and display accuracy. Minor color variations are therefore not considered a valid reason for a return.

Artificial Trees

At Unique Post & Plants, we are committed to providing you with a premium selection of imported artificial trees that meet high-quality standards. The following policy has been established to ensure fairness and protect the rights of both parties.

1. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:

  • The product has visible damage upon delivery.
  • The product does not match the agreed specifications, including size, type, or shape.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The artificial tree must not have been removed from its original packaging bag and must remain in exactly the same original condition in which it was received.
  • The original purchase invoice must be provided.
  • If the exchange is requested due to personal preference, such as changing the type or size, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, in addition to any applicable price difference.

2. Return Policy

Return requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, only in the following cases:

  • The product does not exactly match the order.
  • The product has a clear defect or damage that existed prior to opening the original packaging.

Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted In The Following Cases

  • The artificial tree has been removed from its original packaging.
  • There is damage, torn leaves, or broken branches resulting from improper storage, handling, installation, or transportation by the customer after delivery.

3. Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the applicable 14-day period.
  2. Send clear photos of the product while it is still inside its original packaging, showing the reason for the return or exchange request.
  3. Once the request is approved, the product must be shipped back at the customer's expense, except in cases involving damage existing prior to delivery or an incorrect order, where Unique Post & Plants will cover the return shipping costs.
  4. The replacement will be processed once the product is received and the original packaging and product condition have been inspected and confirmed, or the refund will be issued within 7 business days.

4. Important Notes Regarding Artificial Trees

  • All artificial trees available from Unique Post & Plants are fully imported and undergo a careful quality inspection before being shipped to customers. We strongly recommend inspecting the product visually immediately upon delivery before removing the original packaging.
  • The colors displayed on the website may vary slightly from the actual product depending on your screen settings and the lighting conditions used during photography. Minor color variations are therefore not considered a valid reason for a free return.
